Much improved!!! We have been here many times and had almost stopped coming entirely because they just didn't seem to have it together. A new manager recently took over (12 months ago maybe?). The place has gone from a place with always dirty tables to mostly clean tables. The food has gone from inconsistent to consistent. The staff still rarely smiles but clearly they are doing a better job of training their staff. Almost entirely positive recent experiences has brought us back more often. I'm glad they remodeled the store so that the bathroom doors are no longer immediately adjacent the tables. Things are improving with the GM that took over. Hopefully it will continue. Good job guys!

The food and drinks are always great here. However, I feel that the customer service and cleanliness have gone downhill in recent months. The floors are filthy and there are 5 customers in the restaurant. Employees are just standing around. Not a great impression...

I've been to this location twice now. The first time was rather busy with the morning Saturday breakfast crowd. The second time around noon on a Tuesday. The food was good both times and prompt. However both times every single table was dirty. I can understand on a Saturday morning but on Tuesday everyone was standing around. This won't keep me from coming back but I would hope the manager would pay more attention to detail.

Horrible wait times. 8 employees behind the counter and 15 people waiting for their orders. They are just serving bagels. I would suggest they look at their whole process and start over- this is horrible. Maybe look at places like Tim Hortons to see how they operate- I've never waited for 2 bagels with cream cheese for more than 2 minutes... So far we have been waiting here for 15 minutes.

Instead of remodeling this place the franchise should have invested in hiring a competent manager and staff. The place had six employees and still it took 30 minutes to get a panini, nova lox and a Bavarian chicken bagel. The food arrived cold. Avoid this place.

Their bagels are good...when they get our order right! They have messed up our order so many times!!! They are also extremely slooooooow!!!!

If you have thirty minutes to wait for a bagel sandwich, the food is pretty good. Not with the wait tho in my opinion...

The store is okay, though I agree with one reviewer's comment about unclean tables. That problem seems to plague several of the Einstein shops I've visited. This one however has a unique problem: no hot water in the men's room sink. I've waited up to 3 minutes for the water temp to change., and wonder how the employees can properly wash their hands.

I've been coming in here at least twice a week for my post-swim nova lox and bagel for a couple months now and I find the staff to be super friendly and fast paced at every single visit. They've been apologetic for longer than normal prep times, which I didn't find certain long at all based on the volume of business they were trying to take care of. The tables have always been clean every single time I've visited as well. To be honest, I'm blown away by all the negative reviews as they are truly opposite of the dozen or so visits I've had in the past couple months. I'll continue to return on a regular basis as this is a great spot for quick and easy breakfast.

Okay, I love getting to update a formerly negative review. The last two times my family and I have visited this Einstein's, the service and the time it takes to get your food has drastically improved. Kudos to whoever it was that put good people in charge of shifts and apparently teaching the newbs how to do it. I admit, I did not expect it. But someone is making good decisions over there. As far as the bagels, they're still delish. Our favorites are the breakfast bagel on Asiago cheese and the apple cream cheese bagel.

This is BEST Einstein's I've had the pleasure to frequent! Staff is great and has been for the last two years. They are very close to my office and though I live further now [with much more on the way to the office] I will likely keep stopping by!

This place has been in complete fail mode the whole year I have lived in Arvada. Few good decent employees that work here but also some of the laziest incompetent people I have ever seen tend to get hired here. Makes me feel like I'm at McDonald's.. Very disappointing every time.. The only time my nova lox comes out with a reasonable amount of toppings and isn't just slapped together is when there is important looking people in the store( corporate, owners, etc..) This place has potential if whomever is doing the hiring stops handing out jobs to people who just don't give a rats a#$ about the customer. All that aside. I LIKE BAGELS!

I've been to this location a couple of times. The staff is very mixed of super friendly people and rather reserved people who are just there to do their job. But I can't blame you, we're all human. The bagels are always delicious. Mine have always been fresh and they put a generous amount of schmear on them. (Which probably isn't so good to my waistline but I can't resist!) I really enjoy their coffee but their hot chocolate is really good too. I've tried their sugar cookies which is pretty good but their bagels have my heart. I'm a bagel fan from the start so having a good bagel just makes my day. I love their "everything" bagel, their chocolate chip bagel is also a favorite, but honestly I could eat them all.

Probably one of the worst locations to go to. Staff isn't very friendly and don't pay attention to your order. There have been many times where they have screwed up my order or gave me the wrong kind of bagel. I'm positive it's not that hard to take a simple order. Managers never seem to be around or care about complaints. Service is also very slow and their remodel makes no sense to me. You're better off going somewhere else.

Incredible service and execution of catering. I had to find a last minute 15 person lunch meeting solution and the franchise owner went above and beyond to not only fill my order within two hours, deliver to our location, AND was one of the most pleasant men I've ever met. Huge amounts of respect and appreciation, and great food as always!

My favorite things from Einstein's are the travel coffee mugs. They're super cheap (like $3 and the coffee is included), plus they're dishwasher and microwave safe! On top of all that jazz, they're cute, which totally makes the coffee taste better, right? The Kipling/I-70 location is by far my favorite. The staff is incredible. My company regularly orders a spread of bagels and lox for client meetings, and the presentation is beautiful. Mike (the manager?) is very accomodating and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.

I love me a tasty turkey on an everything bagel. Which is what I got on my last visit here. I always forget about Einsteins and am tired of the standard fares that are on this side of town for lunch options (when I forget to bring my lunch to work). There is plenty of parking and the last time I was in here there were people eating in the restaurant, but there was no line. Sweet! I do agree with other reviewers that the prices for a sandwich weather breakfast or lunch is a little more expensive than other places but I don't mind paying if I am going to get a decent & filling lunch that doesn't make me feel all bloated and greased out when I am done eating. I am a sucker for a just a regular old bagel and cream cheese too. The reason for 3 stars one might ask? Everything smelled like syrup from the bag to the drink cup to the wrap they put around my sandwich. It was weird. Second, the staff wasn't very pleasant. The girl that took my order was kind of surly and rude, and the guy that handed me my lunch sort of threw it at me in a kind of "here's your food now leave so I can get back to doing nothing" way. Again, it was weird. I am sure I will come back as it is a convenient location, I just hope the staff is having a better day and all my stuff doesn't smell like syrup.

I came in here a few days ago and they seemed to have an entirely new staff and a lot of them. There were 7 or 8 guys working the lunch shift and they really had their stuff together. The guy taking orders was shouting them out before they even popped up on the screen and the other crew memebrs were repeating them back and getting started. They were definately in a lunch rush groove and it worked! Very impressed with the improvments!

The customer service at this location is poor. I ordered a six cheese bagel. When i ask the cashier why my order is more than what the meal deal is, I get the response "that guy over there was supposed to tell you its a premium bagel, its fifty cents more" , no sorry about that, no adjustment, just a deal with it attitude. Fifty cents is no big deal to me, but don't slip it into my bill without saying anything. Overall the bagels are good but don't expect good service.

The past few times I have been here, the service has been extremely slow! Today, the slow service allowed me some time to observe the workers. The girl at the register had snot oozing out of her nose. I'm not talking a little, I'm talking a 2 ft long strand that she had to step away and handle. I thought, OK, she's just ringing the register; I can make sure to wash my hands after she handles my credit card. Then, she needed help ringing something up and the person making the food came over to assist her. He kept his protective gloves on while handling the register and then went back to making the food with the same gloves on!!!! He must think that the point of the gloves are to protect himself and not the food! Disgusting! I walked out before I received my order.

I love Einstein's - I don't think you can beat them for convenience (unless you like McDonald's breakfast which I do not). However, I think their prices are quite high. $5 - $6 for a breakfast sandwich is pretty ridiculous especially when you consider subway now offers them for $2- $3 and there are breakfast burritos offered from many places for less than $5. But I can't resist going for a basic bagel with cream cheese (especially when I have a free bagel Friday's coupon)! I frequent this location as well as the one in Denver West. Most of the staff are great but there is one women who always seems to be talking orders when I go. I can only say that she is fortunate they do not work for tips. She seems to despise her job and she appears to be very annoyed with everyone who walks in the door. Also beware, if you order to go there is not a great place to stand and wait for your food to be ready. Your choices are pretty much limited to blocking the door or blocking the coffee - neither of which is a great option. Despite the problems I enjoy Einstein's for breakfast. The food is always hot and ready quickly. Whether eating in or quickly grabbing to go it is a great way to start the day.

Attempted to send via website - received error message (from both Firefox and IE6) I've decided not to waste another lunch break at any of your restaurants ever again. I have been stiffed too many times to have any more faith that you'll pull it together. The saddest part is that I really enjoy your bagels, everything else pretty much sucks. In the past I've gotten an undersized bagel only to be told it was the bagel maker in the morning guy's fault. If they were wrong, don't sell them. I've gotten rotten potato salad, replaced with half-hearted apology while looking away (toward another employee) and various mischarges, shortages, overages and out of stock products. I'm fed up. Like that exciting person you begin dating only to find they have way too many flaws to consider it a functional relationship, I'm ending things. It's not me, Einstein Bros, it's you. You're staff all have tongue piercings and the most apathetic attitude I've encountered, save for Taco Bell. Half the time when I eat there I'm first greeted by exposed butt crack before "may I help you". I took several cellphone pictures to illustrate my point of empty display case, dirty floor and so forth. So I say goodbye Einstein, and good riddance, I can make my own veggie sandwiches for far less money and trouble. I'll be looking for the "For Lease" sign in your window every time I pass to eat at Q-Doba. Cheers, Ryan **** p.s. feel free to contact me for further info or the photos. You could also search Yelp, as that is my next stop.

Yessss. The bagel thins are perfect. They're not so big that you feel guilty, and they're small enough that you can skip the low-fat cream cheese and just go for the good stuff. I haven't tried the thin sandwiches, but I probably will if they get more flavored thins. My favorite sandwich is the Southwest one, I forget what it's called. Turkey, pepper jack, chipotle mayo, veggies... and I get it on a green chile bagel. So yummy. Fruit salad and orange juice for breakfast, too (with my bagel thin.) Thanks Einstein! (I think Ryan N's dedication to giving a bad review and posting photos is quite funny... I've never seen butt crack in this place!)

I like this place. Especially because I can get in and get out pretty fast in the am with my bagel and coffee and not be late to work. Really friendly staff, really fresh coffee.

Excellent manager and friendly kids working there. The staff works quickly when lines are long. I like that Costco offers the gift cards at reduced price. The sandwiches are so so for the price. Smoothies good but not amazing. Bagels always yummy. The only complaint I had is when the older staffer murdered my bagels in cutting machine, not sure how you can do that in automated unit, but manager quick to offer me reduced price next visit which I had not expected so KUDOS for good customer service. Place is usually busy and easy parking out front in smaller mall off I70 and Kipling. Last year the company didn't offer the amazing pumpkin creme cheese very long so hope they do better this season.
